Automatic refunds
If Tesla's factory record for your VIN cannot be read, your payment is refunded automatically and no report is issued. A credit or a free report goes back to your account the same way.
Anything else
If anything else stops a report, email support@tbx.report and you get your money back.
A wrong report, or the wrong VIN
If a report is wrong, or you bought one for the wrong VIN, email support@tbx.report within 30 days and you get your money back.
Live Diagnostic
Nothing is charged until the owner approves access. If the run fails, your payment or credits come back automatically. If the car cannot be reached, you get the report from Tesla's stored record and your payment back. Model S and X with the first-generation computer (most built before spring 2018) get a shorter report, free.
How long it takes
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually take 5 to 10 business days to show on a statement.
Credit packs
Unused credits from a pack bought in the last 30 days are refunded at the price you paid per credit. Email support@tbx.report from the address you sign in with.
